Mēs nemitīgi meklējam veidus, kā padarīt latviešu valodas un kultūras apguvi mūsu bērniem aizraujošāku un mūsdienīgāku. Tāpēc ar prieku paziņojam – esam oficiāli iesnieguši pieteikumu Rise Community Fund grantam! ✍️✨

Kāds ir mūsu mērķis? Mēs vēlamies izveidot Interaktīvo latviešu mācību mazo centru (Interactive Latvian Learning Hub). Ja mūsu pieteikums tiks apstiprināts, mēs varēsim:

✅ Iegādāties planšetdatorus un interaktīvu ekrānu mācību procesam.

✅ Izmantot jaunākās izglītojošās spēles un lietotnes latviešu valodas apguvei.

✅ Veidot virtuālus tiltus ar skolām Latvijā.

Exciting News for Our School! 🚀

At the Tullow Latvian Diaspora School, we are always looking for ways to make learning our language and heritage more engaging for the digital generation. Today, we are thrilled to announce that we have officially applied for the Rise Community Fund grant! ✍️✨

What is our goal? If successful, we plan to launch the “Interactive Latvian Learning Hub.” This grant would allow us to:

✅ Equip our classrooms with tablets and a smart display.

✅ Use the latest educational apps and gamified tools for language learning.

✅ Create virtual connections with schools and peers in Latvia.

Our motto is “Always Positive!”, and that’s exactly how we feel as we wait for the results over the next four weeks. A huge thank you to our parents, teachers, and students for being the heart of this community. Fingers crossed! 🇱🇻🇮🇪
